Terms and conditions

We look forward to welcoming you. When you make your booking you are entering into an agreement with us and we therefore assume you agree to our terms and conditions as stated below. If you have any questions or queries, please request further information prior to booking.

Payment Details

Full payment can be made via PayPal (through a credit card or an associated account) at the time of booking. If payment is to be made by bank transfer, the payment must be made within x days of the reservation in order to secure the booking. please see below for full cancellation details***

For room bookings we do not accept payment on arrival by cash or credit card. Payment can be made in cash for additional costs such as wine or dinner.

Please see your booking confirmation for the terms of payment that relate to your booking.

Special Offers, late deals & single night bookings require payment at the point of booking.

Bookings made via a 3rd party agent such as Booking.com will be charged in full 30 days prior to arrival or at the point of booking if made less than 30 day prior to arrival and is non refundable or transferable. This is due to the high rates of commission charged by theses agents and the marketing techniques they employ that result in high cancellation rates.

Prices

The price includes accommodation and breakfast. There are also complementary tea and coffee making facilities in all rooms.

Cancellation and Insurance

Once you have booked your stay, our agreement is a legal contract. If you need to cancel please contact us as soon as possible via email (bookings@chateaulesvillettes.com) or phone ((33)06 72 09 83 32) using the details provided on your booking confirmation.

For Bookings made via this website and directly with us.
Cancellations is free of charge up to 3 days prior to arrival, depending on your length of stay as stated on your confirmation.

For Bookings made via 3rd party agents, cancellation is available up to 30 days prior to the date of arrival without charge.

Your booking does not include any cancellation insurance.

Non-availability

We would only cancel your booking if your accommodation was unavailable for reasons beyond our control. We would attempt to offer you alternative accommodation, however if this was not possible, or unacceptable to you, then we would refund any monies paid by you. Our liability would not extend beyond this refund.

Data Privacy

In order to process your booking we will need to collect certain personal details from you. These details will include your name and contact details and those of any other members of your party. As we do not accept credit card payments we will not hold any of your financial details

Any information you supply to us may be retained on a database and will be used for the purposes of administrative functions, contacting you about a booking or sending you information about us. Your details will not be passed on to any third party without your prior consent except in cases where we believe, in good faith, that we have a legal obligation to disclose such information.

Arrival

Your accommodation will be available to you from 2pm on your day of arrival. We do not offer check-in before 2pm. Please let us know if you are to arrive after 7pm as alternative Check-in arrangements may need to be arranged. You are most welcome to arrive earlier to park your car . We do not offer any other services or facilities prior to 2pm.

Departure

Please be ready to leave your accommodation by 11.00am on your day of departure. Your bill for any additional services will be payable on departure, if not already paid. Should you wish to leave luggage for later collection please ensure this is agreed in advance.

Damages and Breakages

Please take care of our accommodation. You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages which you cause, to the accommodation and its contents. Please let us know of any instances as soon as they occur. We do not normally charge for minor breakages, but we may send you an invoice if the damage or breakage is significant. We may consider an additional charge up to £500.00 (dependent upon the damage and disruption caused) if you do not report the damage as soon as it occurs. Wilful damage will incur the full cost of replacement or repair. No liability will be accepted for any loss or damage to possessions, valuables or vehicles belonging to guests or others.

Guest Behaviour

We will not tolerate any type of abusive, violent or unacceptable behaviour towards ourselves or any fellow guest. In the event of any type of incident you and the rest of your party, will be required to leave immediately and the booking terminated. The total amount of the booking will be chargeable.

Liability

We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to you or any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions.
